Family Administration Session
After a loved one has passed away, it can be overwhelming dealing with the legal and financial process, but you don’t have to do it alone. We are here to help.
What Happens in a Family Administration Session?
The Family Administration Session is a free one-hour meeting with an experienced probate, estate administration, and trust administration attorney. This meeting allows you to get answers to some of the questions and concerns you may have, such as:
Who is the beneficiary if there is not a last will and testament?
Is probate required after the loss of a loved one?
As a successor trustee of a trust, what liability do you have? Also, how do you avoid getting sued by your siblings and/or other beneficiaries?
As a beneficiary, what are your rights? Also, what can you do if the executor (the trustee and/or personal representative) has improperly managed the funds?
How to Get Started
